Absolutely. Yes. Every time I have a chance to shoot this type of portrait photography.

It demands more attention to detail, definitely more time spent on styling, makeup and set-ups, but so so worth it.

Period portraits suit family photography  – be it the whole family with adults and kids or just siblings. Or, of course it suits individuals who want to recreate those nostalgic times, those visually powerful, artistic, lavish portraits. Classic portraits that eventually become family heirlooms.
