Avid South Sydney Rabbitos supporters Nicole and Julian married today. Sealing a romance that started 3 and half years ago at Uni where they met.

The couple chose the amazing and spectacular Tumbling Waters Retreat at Stanwell Tops; about an hour’s easy drive south from Sydney. The facility oozes style and sophistication. Perched on the edge of the escarpment with uninterrupted views down to the Pacific Ocean; words cannot fully describe this venue.

Ideal for smaller intimate weddings and receptions the magnificent sandstone and floor to ceiling glass structure provides an ambience that can only be described as world class. A unique wet edge reflecting pool cascades over the edge providing amazing photographic opportunities to the ocean beyond. I only wish I had more time to fully exploit the lighting and scenic opportunities found around the gardens and buildings.

Nicole and Julian were lucky enough to have almost perfect light for their afternoon ceremony along with a spectacular sunset, followed in the early evening by a moon rise over the ocean. Thank you both so much for sharing your day with me, and allowing me to express my creativity by being such willing and co-operative subjects!

The couple are leaving on an extended 5 week honeymoon covering New York & Europe.

Special thanks must go to Sonja and Hannah from Tumbling Waters along with all the staff who provided not only excellent service; but also served the most tasteful, varied and exciting gourmet food I’ve had at a wedding. I recommend this venue to anyone, not just for weddings but also as a retreat & health spa.

I can’t wait to work on their images! Follow this blog to be notified when their images will be available.
